1. Using MNN
MNN (mynewsnetwork.org) collects publicly available videos, live streams and posts from independent news channels so you can follow and watch them in one place. By using MNN you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use MNN.
2. YouTube content
MNN uses YouTube API Services. Videos play in YouTube’s embedded player, and by watching them on MNN you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. MNN does not host, own or edit YouTube videos.
3. Creators’ content
Videos, posts, names and images belong to the channels that publish them. MNN is not affiliated with, and does not endorse or speak for, any channel unless clearly stated. Views expressed in videos are the creators’ own.
If you’re a creator and want your channel removed or changed, email hello@mynewsnetwork.org and we’ll act promptly.
4. Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse MNN. For example, don’t:
- scrape, copy or redistribute MNN or the content shown on it in bulk;
- try to break, overload or get around MNN’s security;
- submit suggestions or other content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else’s rights;
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection to MNN or a channel.
6. Support and payments
Watching on MNN is free. If you choose to support MNN, payments are processed by our payment provider. Support goes to MNN, not to featured channels, is not tax-deductible, and never unlocks or restricts access to any video. Monthly support can be cancelled at any time; past payments are not refundable except where required by law.
7. Ads and sponsors
MNN may show sponsor messages and ads on its own pages. They never appear in or on the video player.
8. No warranty
MNN is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every video or post will be available. News content reflects its creators, and MNN is not responsible for its accuracy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MNN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of MNN.
10. Changes and ending use
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, let signed-in users know. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using MNN and ask us to delete your account at any time.
